2014 vintage. Pours very dark brown, no head. Scent is intensely tart, dry , acetic, sharp, oak. Mild roast. Taste is intense, acicid side is super intense, sour is an understatement. Dry, woody, velpon and vinegar. Mild roastyness. A true classical Uli style lambic-crazy experiment. Very low carbo.
