Burk från Etre Gourmete. Disig ljusgul vätska med högt vitt skum. Lätt, frisk och citrusdriven. Klätt syrlig med finsmakare av citronzest. Trevligt uppfriskande. Gott

Taste: lots of lime, pretty bitter, some grapefruit, dry, bit resinous, grapefruit, hoppy touch. Aftertaste: citrus, slightly acidic, bit grassy, bitter, hoppy, grapefruit, lemon peel.

Slow gushing to towering, fluffy, lightly yellowish head, shards of lace; fully cloudy yellow-mossy beer. Very aromatic, herbal nose (especially laurel); consecutive wafts of citrus/citrusleaf. Strange flavours - citrus is obvious, but also a flavour as from (dulled) salicylic acid, pharmaceutical. Again laurel/bay leaf. Light body, some refreshing qualities, good carbonation. Nice little gem from La Source.

330 ml can from Etre Gourmet, bb 05.05.2021. Yellow, hazy body, with a big, frothy, lacing, off-white head. Aroma of passion fruit flesh, mango, pineapple, lemon, dankness, pine, oats, some vanilla. Tastes quite similar, a bit lighter. Light, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes medium dry, moderate bitter, a bit sweet, moderate dank, piney, very fruity, oaty, with lemon and tropical fruits. Very nice. Lovely, aromatic nose, with loads of fruits and dankness. Tastes a bit lighter, but very fresh and crisp. Outstanding stuff for the low ABV. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

13/12/2019 - draught tasting glass @La Source Taproom, shared with rubin77. Hazy yellow, medium head. Nose is yeast, malts. Taste is same. Nothing special, felt more like a pilsner than session IPA.
