Rotbraunes Bier mit geringer rötlichen Schaumkrone. Geruch süß nach Himbeeren und Kirschen, genauso ist auch der Geschmack.

Bottle from Microbar, Manchester. Ruby red pour with a pink head. Cherry and strawberry aroma. Cherry drops and sherbet flavour. Dry fruit finish.

Clear pink, with light greyish head. Lots of red fruits, lemonade, candy. Taste is sweet and artificial sweetener. Medium bodied. Very chemical, not good.

Vom Aussehen her ähnelt das Bier fast der Neuzeller Himmelspforten-Limonade - ziemlich rosa mit rosafarbenem Schaum. Der Geruch ist für mich sehr chemisch nach Waldfrüchten (oder Roter Grütze). Auf dem Etikett findet sich auch keine genaue Herstellerangabe - da steht nur "Brassée pour" - also "gebraut für" sowie als Kontakt "InBev France", was ich schon etwas komisch finde. Jetzt aber wieder zum Bier: Der Antrunk ist übel süß-limonadig und für mich ist da leider kein Bier zu spüren. Der Hauptteil wird herb-süßlich-künstlich und hat durchaus was von einem Waldfruchtkaugummi. Der Nachgeschmack ist ziemlich sehr schnell weg - nur eine zuckrige Note bleibt auf der Zunge. Auch ist etwas alkoholische Schärfe vorhanden, was bei 5% eigentlich eher weniger zu erwarten ist.

Bottle from an Antwerp beer shop. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy broken white head and some broken lace. The aroma is sweet with lots of rich cherry fruit. The favour is medium to strong sweet with a sweet yeast chewy palate. Very drinkable in small quantities but not for a session where it would become rather sickly rather quickly I feel.

Bottle, 5%. Clear amber/red with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, cherry?, fruit and artificial. Flavour is malt, sweet, fruits, little sugar, weird, little thin and watery.

Bottle shared. Pours clear red brown with a small off white head. Aroma of sweet cherries and really nothing else. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
