Flesje uit Groningen meegenomen en thuis gedronken. Oranje-geel bier met een stevige witte schuimkraag. Aroma is moutig en kruidig. De smaak is moutig, zoet en kruidig. Nasmaak is iets hoppig en heeft wat pittigs.

Bottle at home. Clear golden color, white head. Smell and taste malts, somewhat alcoholic, floral, sweetish and a bit bitter. Solid tripel. 7-7-7,5-8-7

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie, geprobeerd met Romy, Meindert en Lieke. Het is een oranje bruin bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een kruidige geur. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet en kruidig.

33cl bottle from Jumbo supermarket in Stein, Netherlands. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, mellow fruity, honey, herbal, a lot of juniper, coriander. T: full malty base, fruity, honey, bit toast, caramel, juniper, spicy, herbal, medium carbonation, bit too spicy yet for me ok for the style, enjoyed.

Dark yellow colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour are particularly spicy. Lots of coriander. Sweeter elements of clove and nutmeg too. Too spicy. Too sweet.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Jumbo Culemborg.
Hazy golden with a white head. Heavy cardamom aroma with some coriander. Strangely the ingredients don't specify these spices; just water, malt, hops and yeast. Sweet taste with a spicy low bitter finish. Nice enough but a bit heavy on the spices.

Pours a light hazy orange colour and a white head that immediately disappears. Aroma's of coriander upon opening the bottle, but once in the glass it smells very much of ginger. Retronasal there's ginger, spices, malts, light fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet, herbs. Medium bodied. Moderate bitter finish. Meh, I like my tripels spiceless.

@home poured into a teku glass. Slightly unclear medium golden, fair frothy white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malt, yeast, honey, light citrus, coriander. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, honey, light citrus, coriander. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, spicy notes, bit alcohol, well-made and easy to drink, nice.

Bottle. Golden blonde. Cardemom and orange peel in the aroma. Coreander. Bready sweet flavor with orange peel and soft spicy notes. Sufficiently balanced.
