500ml can from REWE Cochem. Poured into a Cobra pint glass at home on 19th Aug 2018. Clear golden body, clean and bright, on top a fast fading white crown. Grainy nose and taste, light hop bitterness gives it a decent balance and considering it's cost a good cheap Pilsner. Happily drink this at a BBQ or sat in the sun after a bit of labour (like grass cutting).

3/8/2018. Can from the Rewe @ Karstadt Frankfurt Zeil. Pours bright gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of corn, malt, hops, straw and grass. Medium plus sweetness, minimal bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Sweet malty finish. Surprise surprise at €0.29 it's not great but it's drinkable and better than many that cost a lot more.

Clear golden color with a fine head. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Balanced sweetness and bitterness. Mellow malty, some grain and fresh herbal flavor.

Büchse: Golden, clear, small and stable white head; mild bitter nose with a metallic tinge; dryish bitter flavour, malty base hardly detectable, light bodied, not watery; short thin tart and slightly metallic finish. C&A brew (cheap and awful)...

Sampled from 0.5 l can from ’REWE von Wantoch’, best before March 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, grainy aroma of mainly grains and hints of straw. Sweetish, grainy and a little grassy taste of grains and straw, followed by a short, slightly bitter, minimally grassy and quite metallic finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable.
