Aus der Flasche (bbe 07,.08.20230) im 2025-07 getrunken. Diese bronzene Gueuze zeigt sich mit einer spannenden Aromakomplexität. Son findet man klassische Farmhousearome wie von einen Kuhstall, feuchter Lehmboden, Tannine von der Fasslagerung, eine feine Säure von Citrusfrüchten. Und das Ganze wunderbar durchgereift. Großartig!

Big cheese funky barnyard, green apples, heavy body, tart as fuck. Sour. Amazing depth and in great shape. Not amazing amazing but decent stuff

Bottle shared at InVitro. Pours a slightly opaque golden with white head. Nose is lots of funk, fruity notes, citruses, light earthy character and intense acetic acid. Taste is heavily acidic upfront, and also rather sour but then it eases up and the sip turns fruity, estery and funky and these notes last well into the finish as well. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Fun, even with the quite harsh acidic character.

Complex aroma of tart apple, tart fruits, citrus, barnyard funk, earthy notes, oak. Flavour is heavy sour with a nicely dry finish. Scores major points in both the sourness and funk department. An excellent Gueuze.

Аромат неплохой, но сразу ощущаются некие подозрительно для ламбика нотки лимона или чего то очень кислого, есть конечно ферма и очень пресная солома, еще немного как будто пшеницы. Цвет бледно желтый, пенка средняя. Вкус с сильным душком от хлева, но не скажу что это плохо. Ощущаются ягоды, немного пшеницы а также цитрусов. При глотке цитрусовая составляющая только усиливается. Карбонизация очень мощная конечно. Есть много травянистых ноток в конце, плюс сухость присутствует. Но все равно нету идеального баланса, плюс мне показалось есть некая странная горечь, возможно это проявление цитрусов , но все равно мне эта нотка не зашла.

Bottla at M-Cafe, Leuven: Pale amber coloured brew with an good tart taste with some fruitiness, drybitter indeed and not so sour due the blending i think.
