The rebirth of Fantastic Voyage is a return to slow jams and silk sheets. We combine a smooth yet strong imperial milk stout base with a heap of dried coconut in the whirlpool. The result is a luscious blend of bakers chocolate, subtle roast, and sweet coconut. So take a sip and just sail on.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: jet black in the pour and black in the glass with a two finger tan foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: big sweet milk chocolate, subtle tones of dark chocolate, genuine coconut, nice roasty coffee tones and a light tone of vanilla-ish scents underneath
Flavor: combines all the prior noted aromas together very nicely to a superb sweet and roasty quality; finishes roasty and sweet through the coconut and chocolate qualities
Texture: medium bodied; leaning towards being a sipper, fairly smooth along the tongue
Overall: pretty nicely done pastry impy stout I would welcome again in my life.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of coconut, wet stone, chocolate, licorice, raisin. Pours inky black with a half finger tan head that falls into nothing after a few minutes. Taste is moderately to highly sweet with a lightly bitter edge. Flavors like the aroma.

Draught @ SKAAL Sรธnderborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy dark tan head. Clear aroma of dark chocolate, coffee and malt, with gints of dried fruit. Bitter, flavour of roast and coffee, with notes of chocolate and lactose and touches of hops. Roasty aftertaste with notes of chocolate. Warming alcohol presence. Well-balanced and tasty. Good stuff.

On draught at Beer Gonzo, Earlston, Coventry. Darkest brown, so near black, opaque with a creamy brown head. Aroma is a lot gentler than I'd expect, and it's dominated by the sweetness of the coconut. Taste is sweet and creamy, more milk chocolate notes coming through with an earthy balanced finish. More dark chocolate and roasted coconut in the aftertaste with hints of almond. Just amazing really.
