Bottle from Beergium. As "Goliath Blonde/Blond". Aroma is malt, spicy peppery yeast, fruity notes, citrus, coriander. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Fairly typical but easy going Belgian Blond, not bad.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Bought it under its alias Goliath (6%). Hazy yellow coloured brew with an slightly sweet bitter taste. Some hints of spices and fruitiness.

As Goliath Blond at 6% ABV. Appearance: Foggy gold with a good off-white head. Aroma: Fruity Belgian yeast delivering rich yellow plum and banana esters, pale malt, spicy notes. Taste: Light sweet and light to medium bitter, Pale malt, bread, yellow plum, grass, slightly phenolic.Hoppy aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium minus body that shrinks towards the ending. Average carbonation. Overall: Decent. Excellent smell. Solid taste. Mediocre body.

J'ai été déçu par cette Gouyasse qui présente une légère acidité qui casse l'alcool et ne permet pas aux arômes de s'exprimer convenablement. Le visuel est sur un blond doré légèrement voilé avec une fine effervescence soutenue et une mousse blanche d'un cm. Le nez est sur un cocktail de céréales, miel, alcool et girofle. L'attaque est trop acide, ne permettant aux arômes de bien se développer. Pas de grosse variation ou évolution sur la dégustation à part l'intensité de l'acidité qui nous donne une bière étriquée et manquant de puissance. Les corpulences et longueurs sont tout autant médiocres pour une bière qui n'a rien de géant.
