This unique organic Pale Ale with Bybi honey is brewed in collaboration with the Braunstein Brewery. We use top quality ingredients and pay great attention to the craft and all the little details that help make a difference in our beer. All summer, the bees have flown across the flower beds of Copenhagen to make honey for this beer. It takes 12 bees and 66,000 flowers to make enough honey for a bottle. The aromatic taste is balanced with the beautiful Cascade hops, with a distinct bitterness and sweetness that suggests flowers, citrus, apricot, honey and orange.

Cloudy pale amber, small off-white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma sweet malt, caramel, honey, plum. Flavour medium sweet and light bitter, malty, honey (though light for a honey beer), caramel. Medium body, watery texture, short sweetbitter finish. Not an APA, neither a honey beer, just a weak beer.
