Freakshake Milkshake IPA Ingredients: Water, barley, oats, wheat, hops, lactose, vanilla, yeast. Hops: Citra, Galaxy ABV: 6.5% IBUs: 23 OG: 16.3P This milkshake IPA was inspired by Australia's "Freakshakes" that throw every treat imaginable into a mashup of drink and dessert. So we took all our best malts, lactose, a squirt of vanilla, and the cherry on top is hundreds of kilos of Citra and Australia's most sought after hop, the ultra-tropical Galaxy. Hoppy, super full-bodied and tropical, you might want to drink it with a straw. Appearance: Semi-opaque pale orange with thin white head. Aroma: Fruity hops and creamsicle. Flavour: Tropical fruits of mango and tangerine that are held up my a clean malt profile with the faintest suggestion of vanilla and very low bitterness. Body: Thick, full, and round with a sweetness from lactose sugar that lingers but isn't cloying.

Can, at Ostehuset. It's an unclear orange-golden colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is piney and grapefruity, with some clementine, a touch of malts and lactose. It's full-bodied and lactose-creamy, softly carbonated and with a rather low bitterness level. Pine cones, grapefruit and some lactose and pale malts in the flavor. Lasting finish with some clementine hints. A bit heavy on the lactose this one, but sure nice. 191004

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grape and lactose. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long slightly bitter, citrus and orange finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft

Tap at Beergeek. Very easy drinking, juicy exotic hops character, vanilla. Not much else to be found here. Med-full body, moderate carbonation. Quite good but not great.

From tap at BeerGeek Bar, Prague, 19.07.20. Cloudy straw colour. Diminishing white head and lacing. Strong aroma and taste of papaya, mango, marmalade, apricot jam, vanilla and pale malt. Eukalyptus and mint in aroma and in aftertaste. Heavy mouthfeel.

500 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Hinna. ABV is 6.5%. Hops are Citra and Galaxy. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Lovely aroma of tropical fruits and citrus, hints of spruce. The flavour has a distinct lactose sweetness with vanilla (bordering on \"too much\"), but is still fruity and refreshing. Overall a good beer.

Can. Pours a hazy light orange colour with a small off-white head. Aroma with lots of fruit, grapefruit, mango, apricot and grass. Sweet flavour with lots of fruits as well with the addition of grass and vanilla. Has a soft mouth feel, medium to full body and a light bitterness. A pretty sweet and fruity ale. Nice.
