Bottiglia ABV 7.0%. Il gusto al naso propende per orzo tostato e caramello. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto nebbioso e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è nella norma. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo e un po' ruvido. Al palato arrivano note di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, erba e agrumi.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine persistente, colore ambrato limpido, al naso frutta maura nocciole tostate zucchero di canna miele, in bocca frutta matura malto zucchero di canna miele frutta secca, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, oily, leggero astringente, dolce con amaro accentuato. Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of Pivoman. Aroma of caramel, flowers, dark fruit, dandelion syrup and nuts. Pours cloudy brown amber color with average sized creamy tan-like head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and bread, following is citrusy, grassy, honeyish and mild alcoholic, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Definitely a good bock...
