From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours a wheel brilliant red amber, with limited white foam. Aroma is malty, and sweet in general. Body is only slightly dense, low carbonation. Taste is only partially sweet, as bitterness is also quite noticeable. Finish is average, though some bitterness sticks around.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 19 May 2017) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with notes of toast, orange marmalade and a touch of caramel. Malty, slightly fruity taste with toast, marmalade, apricots, orange peel, honey and a balanced spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced bock. Quite nice.

4:20 in Rome-Italy. Light amber pour semi clear. Frothy off white foam many drafts on the glass. Nose is mild caramel with hoppy notes. Mouth has this clean Lambrate soul, caramel is mild and bitterness balances it all in all. Tasty.
