Brewed with barley, wheat, spelt, and a bit of rye, and hopped lightly in the boil with Nelson Sauvin and aged noble hops. Fermented and soured with a blend of house cultures in foedre, and allowed to condition for several months before a very heavy handed addition of raspberries (560lbs total) and a slightly more restrained addition of passionfruit (210lbs). The sugars in the fruit were allowed to fully ferment out before we canned the beer and allowed it to naturally carbonate over a period of about 2 months. Super jammy, lush, bright and lovely. An assertive tartness, touch of funk, and slight minerality. Very much raspberry forward, with a nice tropical twist from the passionfruit and remarkable balance and drinkability.

Can pour at the Dublin Beer Fest. Elképesztően savas, ecetes, nagyon gyümölcsös, különösen az illatában, igazi málnabomba. Az ecet már-már túl sok, amolyan amerikaiasan, de én élem az ilyesmit tbh

355mL can, pours a cloudy dark pink with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with tart raspberries and passionfruit upfront, with lacto, and gentle sweetness. Flavour is bright and fruity, with lots of passionfruit, tart raspberries, with lacto, and gentle sweetness. Lots of passionfruit and to a lesser extent, raspberries, on the finish. Very good.

Pinkish-red, cloudy, not much head. On the nose, both fruits show enthusiastically, and there's some lacto tartness. Lots of passionfruit, and a bit of raspberry in there as well. Moderate tartness. Touch of yeastiness. Solid fruit beer.
