Tap at the craft brasserie and grill. Hazy orange pour, leafy hops, and citrus, subtle cereals. Medium to low bitterness, floral hoppy finish,

Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark amber color with a medium sized creamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy with a bit of golden fruit. The flavor was sweet and tangy with orange marmelade and a bit of yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body.

The token craft at Keg Niagara. A little underwhelmed on this one. Mild resin, some citrus, light malt, mildly lindering bitter.. Ok

After really enjoying their Saison as my first from this brewery, I was quite happy to find this one. Pours a slight hazy golden colour with an orange hue. The head is almost creamy, off-white, long lasting with good lacing. The aromas are nice blend of citrus notes, bread, herbal hops and caramel malts. Very nice cereal grain taste with mild hops in the background. Kind of peppery, fresh grassiness. Again, a winning product for the style.

Bottle from the brewery. Clear pale gold with a small short lived white head. Nose is predominantly butterscotch with just a hint of citrus. Medium- toffee sweetness with little bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with average carbonation. Meh. 5/3/5/3+/11

Tap. Pours crystal clear pale amber, small white head, dissipates quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is floral and pine. Flavor is light sweet, biscuity, floral notes, some pine. Light body. An interesting take on the style.
