Part 5 of the great Zenne Y Frontera tasting. Descriptions limited to the differences.
No head, copperish peach colour. Again sherry/vinous aromas, overlying typical 3F gueuze flavours, here with hints at preserved orange. Sweetish profile, much more Oloroso character than the other batches. Finish has sour grapes, more acidity and something quite earthy. From mellow to sharp, ending in acidthinning, and certain slickness. Very good batch, here the Oloroso is completely believable.
