Backlog. Hazy coppery brpwn colour with a tiny head. Aroma is wood, some red wine, mild toasted and rye bready tones with quite much tartness as well. Flavour is slightly acidic tartness with some tanninlike dry elements as well as some wooden and slight fruity tones. Wild, but a bit too much on the acidic side of things.

Brewed 9.2017, bottled 1.2018, nice tannic berry notes, woody honey finish, some rye on the nose and front, not too tannic either, just right with the funk upfront too.

Süffiger, süß-säuerlicher Beginn. Wenig Alkohol, Holznoten, minimale Bitterkeit. Spritzig, holzig-herb, steigende Säure. Langer Nachhall. 10/11/12/11//11

Medium brown. No head. Looks flat. It's not entirely flat, but it is very acidic. The rye lends this sort of bitterness, maybe some spice. It doesn't really flow. Some usual dark sour notes, but also a rich barrel character. Decent, characterful.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy bronze / copper with almost no head. Nose is full of oak barrels, red wine tang, earthy rye, and some wild yeast. Flavour is sharp, with lots of red wine tang, balsamic, some rye and wild yeast. Puckering as hell. There is a lot going on here, but it's way too puckering and chaotic. Fun beer, but for this price, this doesn't deliver.
