This is an awesome collaboration with Mikkeller and Hill Farmstead. It will mess with your mind as an IPA designed to mimic Limoncello. A slightly sour mash, combined with Lactose for sweetness, tonnes of lemon Zest and hopped to death with Sorachi Ace and Citra. Bottle, cask and keg. [Labeled as "Lemon Cello IPA" in the US Market.]

From tap at Café De Koffer, Groningen. Aroma is strong zesty citrus with tart lemon, lime, citrus peel, wheaty grain, and soft fruity hops. Flavour is tart and a bit sourish with a mild bitterness. Body is medium. Heavy on the citrus, lots of lime, because of this the base IPA has a modest presence. Crisp and refreshing.

Bottle (from Systembolaget). Amber colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is zesty, some biscuity and mild tart wooden tones with some tart citrus and quite much sweetness. Flavour is lemon tartness with some pine, berries, mild wood as well as some zesty and pine like tones. Pleasant one! Very drinkable for being 9 % abv.

Tap at the Bottle Shop. Aroma is dangerous, but taste is lovely. Lemon, bit of sweetness, alcohol is totally hidden. Touch of sourness. Great

Thin off white head stayed on an opaque, finely carbonated light golden body. Bitter lemon, malt & grape aroma. Medium bodied, minimal carbonation & very dry & clean on the back. Massive puckering tastes of bitter lemon, spices, herbs along with a malt undercurrent.

Thnx to bart. Pours blonde, medium white head. Smell is lemon. Taste is lemon, tad sweet even. Not much of the base is left, I cant really drink it as an IPA. It's a well drinkin beer tho !

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a bit of a gold hue and a near white head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has a good amount of fresh lemony citrus with sweet grains and grass backing. Flavor is full of sweet lemon that has a growing bitterness and a light sweet grain backbone.
