Chun Fa Lok has been created by H.K. Lovecraft and Tsing Yi People. It combines the creativity and passion as the Tsing Yi neighborhoods, and the persistence of traditional craft our brewery held for beer.
The beer has a very light, clean body with an aroma of dried pineapple and resin. The beer delivers a rich sweetness of roasted malt and the gentle sweetness of lychee, with a mellow bitterness lingering into the aftertaste.

Touch of vomit. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Wet grass and some more the vomit notes.

On tap at 99 Bottles, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank, grassy food upfront, with a crisp biscuity malt base. Flavour is along the same lines, with grassy and dank hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Dank and grassy. Good stuff.
