Bottle thanks to my mom! Pours a clear amber with a slight copper with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has slightly sweet grain and belgian yeast with some clove and a bit of raisin in the finish. Flavor has more raisin and dates with light sweet grains and some belgian yeast in the finish.

33 cal bottle from Super Food in Aruba. Amber orange pour is topped by a dense, mouse-like beige head. Rich, toasted malt aroma hints at honey and dark dried fruits. First sip is semisweet and sherry-like. Earthy malt plays off the estery, yeasty character. Nicely complex without being overly intense. Quite enjoyable.

The aromas are Belgiany spice, malt and yeast. Flavors are similar to nose, add in some toffee with great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Very good body and finish follows flavors. Classified as a tripel but doesn't seem that way. Good beer. My first from this Trappist Brewery.

Bottle from Systembolaget. A darker and sweeter trappist here. Nice drinking and booze is well hidden.
