Aroma of sweet malts, dark/ripe fruits, caramel, herbs, brown sugar, some liquorice. Flavour is cloying heavy sweetness, too sweet for my taste. Not for me.

Tap at 6th Noord-Holland Bierfestival, Alkmaar: Dark brown coloured brew with an taste of liquorice, caramel and toffee. An medicinal like brew with an fine sweetbitter finish.

Bottle thnx to a friend, dark reddishbrown beer, small head. Aroma is malt, caramel, sweet, dark ripe fruit, raisins. Taste is the same, sweet, bitter, malt, roast, chocolate, raisins, fruit, alcohol warmth. Very good

Donkerbruin bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is licht fruitig zoetzuur met iets van kersen, een vleug banaan en wat gedroogde pruimen. Het mondgevoel is wat waterig en licht, jammer.

Fles 33cl thuis. Zoet, donker fruit, pruim, kers, wat chocolade, vineus, boozy, caramel, kruidnagel, koriander, zoethout, redelijk zacht. Gerstewijn. (9-8-2020).

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy dark brown with small dark beige head. Aniseed, bubblegum, leather, alcohol, very dusty, raisins, light tart dried fruits. Very boozy and dusty. Over medium sweet, medium bitter, light tart. Full bodied. Not good.

Bottle shared at home. Dark brown with light tan head. Sweet and bitter roasted malts. Dark malts. Roasty and somewhat sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.

33cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop. F: thin, tanned, not long lasting. C: dark, opaque. A: rich sweet malty, spicy, cinnamon, gingerbread but all in sweet candy way. T: full malty base, bit gingerbready, light sweet cherries, candy sugar, bit red berries, chocolate touch, spicy, a lot of coriander, bit herbal, bit messy all together, soft carbonation, enjoyed.

Bottle. Malt, licorice, yeast and dried fruit in the aroma. Malty sweet, alcoholic flavor with figs, licorice and dried red fruit. Hint of citrus. Not bad.
