A polished, golden yellow beer with 5% alcohol. Phoenix beer is pasteurised after bottling, according to natural conservation methods. The quality of the underground water also allows us to produce a beer with no chemicals additives. Time of maturation before distribution is meticulously controlled.

Pours a clear but quite pale golden color, topped with a couple of finger of white head and poor retention. The aroma is easily picked up, slightly dusty, malts and some biscuity aroma as well. The taste is slightly soury and sweet at first, weird, followed by balanced body. The finish is slightly bitter. Not very nice to be fair.

33cl can @ RBBWG III, thanks Tderoeck. Dorée, pas mal de bulles visibles, col blanc moyen. Arôme est légèrement malté avec ce côté typique de pale lager des pays du sud. Retrouve un bouquet faiblard. Palais est malheureusement clairement passé la date de conservation ce qui n’arrange ne rien une bière à la base déjà assez médiocre. Note maltée, pâle carapils, léger houblonné avec un pointe citronnée minimale. Bref, on ennuie.

Clear pale orange beer, small aery unstable head, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity touch, some citrus, grains. MF: ok carbon, light body. Taste: some grains, very metallic (could this be the ageing in the can?), bit sugary, sweet touch. Aftertaste: bitter, metallic, grassy hops, some almonds.
