På fat. Smak och doft av citrus, citron, jäst och ingefära. Lätt kropp med något pepprig beska.

Draft @ Hamnmästaren, Malmö. Pale yellow, cloudy, with lace. Lemony, lactic wheat nose, bread, dough. Doughy, breadt flavor, lemon, minerals, salted crackers. Light acid. Light and crisp.

Draught @ Bishops Arms Gustav Adols Torg Malmö. Clear very pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste are a bit grassy, hayish, lightly yeasty, citrussy sourish, citrus fruits. Very refreshing. Very dry finish, average body, suitable carbonation. Very nice beer.

Draft @ Hamnmästaren, Malmö. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak sour salty aroma. Fruity sour tart weak citric flavor. Has a fruity slightly sour tart finish.

Draft at fourth Braustelle festival. Cloudy yellow color, white head. Aroma of peppery lemon and straw. Taste is sour and peppery lemon. Not bad.
