Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Clear golden with a light pinkish hue. Cherries, funk, oak, a bit citric, sour, juicy. Really good and refreshing.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, reddish, pale amber colour with small to average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, completely fading, white head. Tart-ish, tangy, yeasty funky, vinous fruity and woody aroma, notes of brine, cherry, red berries. Taste is tart, fruity, slightly tangy, yeasty funky, minimally dry woody, notes of morello, cherry, red berries, some lemon peel, some brine; prickly carbonation. Light, refreshing, a nice summer beer.

Tap at BeerGeek. Golden body, not much else. Quite funky aroma, with light, but awesome cherry notes peeping through. Funk, funk and more funk, with a big tartness, excessive even in the finish. The cherry notes are there, but subdued, teasing you, but also frustrating as they are awesome, but just... too... subtle. Ah well.

Tap at Beergeek. Assertive sourness. Seems to be a lot of acetic, relatively less other acids. Very natural cherry element, to the point of not resembling cherry at all. Rather thin. Good, but not great.

Pours rather clear, peachy amberreddishblonde. Small ring of white foam. Smell is funky, cherries, Brett. Bit floral. Taste is sharp, floral, bit herbal as well. Cherries are much milder than expected. Brett is mild, but present. High Carbo ( too high for me) in a medium thin body. OK. Bit to herbal in taste as well

330ml bottle from Wild Beer. Bright golden colour, white bubbly foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of sour, citric, yeasty, funk. Taste is tart, pale malt, sour, citrus rind, with cherry hints and yeasty notes. Slick, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour finish. Quite drinkable.

Light salmon colour, not much head. Light cherry, has a clean tartness, hint of brett, lively body.
