0,75l bottle shared at home. Dark Purple color, medium big white head. smells raspberries, citric, grassy, earthy, lactic, raspberry jam. Very nice smell. full body, very fizzy carbonation. tastes raspberry, citric, grassy, earthy. finishes very fizzy, dry and medium sour with notes of raspberries, citric and grassy notes. Way too much, way better once the carbonation goes away, very raspberry forward

Armsby draught, 9/24/22. Clear raspberry. Small, pinkish head, low to moderate retention. Deeply juicy, rich red raspberry is augmented by the vanilla giving it a very high intensity. Clean, lower funk with lower acidity. Definitely Brett lingering long on the finish. Soft, vanilla-forward with juicy raspberry and tart Brett on the finish. Malty/wheaty with moderate sweetness and good attenuation. Tartness lingers pleasingly. More fruit and vanilla than pure unadulterated lambic funk, but still a nice change of pace and balanced with the adjuncts.

2020 bottle shared at the brewery. Opaque ruby pour with a white head. Nose is jammy berries, funk, earthy notes, light vanilla. Taste is sour and acidic, with tons of berries, lots of funk and a touch of vanilla. Dry, intensely carbonated.

From tap at Foeders, Amsterdam. As Cantillon Magic Lambic. Aroma is vanilla upfront with tons of red and dark tart fruits, earthy manure funk, raspberries and blueberries. Deliciously fruity and funky, bit sweetish with a big tartness. Medium sour. Great!

Bottle: Poured a purple-ish color lambic with a medium size purple-ish head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of fresh blueberry notes with some raspberry and light vanilla undertones. Taste is also a great mix of fresh raspberries with some blueberries notes, vanilla undertones with some balanced funky ester notes and light tartness. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. A great mix of tart and funky ester with some fresh small fruit notes with not too much vanilla.

Draft @ Capsule Arras as Magic Lambic. Pours a clear deep red, loose bubbles atop. Strong aroma of raspberry with mild blueberry shades. Moderately coarse woody lambic profile with prominent raspberry fruit, some pips and gentle blueberry notes. No vanilla unfortunately, which would've been quite nice. Otherwise very pleasant with a welcome woodiness, but marked down for the lack of vanilla.
