Petit cruchon. Olfactif au pamplemousse dominant une explosion d'agrumes. Notes d'oranges et de puissants houblons résineux et gazonneux. Liquide jaune paille, opaque, avec une petite mousse crémeuse et persistante. Les puissants houblons reviennent en bouche avec leurs agrumes débridés aux tons de pamplemousse, d'orange, de léger citron, de poivre. Amertume assez tranchante en finale avec de la résine et du gazon. Bon support malté. Corps rond et plein. Une autre excellente création de notre ami JB.

A hazed yellow blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, tropical fruit, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Growler: Poured a bright hazy yellow color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy and grassy hops is quite dominant with light floral undertones. Taste is a mix grassy hops with some citrusy notes, some bitterness is noticeable with some residual sugar. Body si full with good carbonation. Enjoyable and nice hoppy session ale.
