Draft @ Capsule Arras as Magic Lambic. Pours a clear deep red, loose bubbles atop. Strong aroma of raspberry with mild blueberry shades. Moderately coarse woody lambic profile with prominent raspberry fruit, some pips and gentle blueberry notes. No vanilla unfortunately, which would've been quite nice. Otherwise very pleasant with a welcome woodiness, but marked down for the lack of vanilla.

Smooth, nice vanilla and jammy raspberry notes, hints of tartness and funky farmyardy sourness. Still great.

On tap at Tørst. Pours pinkish red. Raspberry, cherry, funk, red grape, heavy acidity, blueberry, increasingly berry flavored as it warms, nettles, delicate herbal notes, delicate vanilla, still very tart. Medium body. Great.

On tap at Armsby Abbey with Paul and Josh. Sold as Magic Lambic. Mostly clear purple color with a slightly pink tinted white head that persists. Mostly tart raspberry and earthy funk but there is a moderate vanilla note especially in the finish. Pretty nice.

At the brewery bar 18.04.24. Clear deep red. Diminishing pink head. Excellent aroma and taste of sour cherries, pure lambic. Acid and astringent mouthfeel. Excellent, as one has become to expect from this brewery.
