(On tap) Pale golden and presumeably clear with a small, creamy head. Rather dry body with an incredibly dry, crisp, aromatic bitterness (Cascade), which holds the whole way through. Perhaps a bit one-dimensional, but very clean and pure IPA. 210505

Draught @Ølbaren
Light copper brown, small creamy white head. Weak sweet nose, not much hops found. Very honey sweet malty taste, hops come out just in the finish. Too sweet and not hoppy enough for an IPA.

Beer drunk under bad conditions (!) Pale amberish; little yellow head. Very fine nose of hops, like a jute hop bail opened. Summer drying hay as well. Beautiful, superb grapey hops - dry taste, flavourful with fruity & grassy notes. Light MF and it actually suits the beer, makes it refreshing. Yet it has some alcohol warming. Very fine, nice, light IPA. I like it! Thanks to Jacob & the Hobbit.

Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen. Hazy golden, small head. Pleasant grapefruity hop aroma. Sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. The pleasant hops covers the slight shortcomings in the malt department. Medium-high bitterness in a slightly resiny finish.

2009-10-09, draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen, 7-3-7-4-13=34
Deep blond color. The aroma is grassy, a bit sweaty, with light glue and apples; I feel like I just opened the cupboard of a homebrewer. Low carbonation, which is good, giving a smooth mouthfeel; it has a sweetish toffee flavor and strong, green, hopping, with a lot of hop oils. It’s pleasant for hop lovers (and I am one), but quite confused and unprofessional.

Hazy orange color. Very nice fruity aroma. Dry and hoppy mouthfeel, very hoppy; not very complex but very well made.

[Draft] A hazy orange beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is lovely hoppy and slightly sweet. The flavor is lovely hoppy with notes of grass - a little like chewing on a hop flower. Nice. DO NOT try this on bottle - either it is clearly off, or if You are lucky it is just plain boring.

Draught. Weak, refreshing acidic citrusy aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Flavour is quite bitter at first, then citrusy and then OK bitter again. Hint of lemon tea.
