Bottle. Murky brown color. Hazelnuts, caramel and earthy notes in the aroma. Nutty, earthy caramelly, soft bittersweet flavor. Not really my taste.

Tasty bock beer, different from the masses. The chestnut come out well with the roasted malt.

Bottled 330ml Tnx Edo. Dark ruby color, good creamy beige head. Aroma has some hazelnut, caramel, grain and hints of vegetables and/or wood. Medium-bodied. Similar vegetably/woody flavors, I think it is hazelnut in its "raw" form. Some caramel. Certainly "hazelnoot" overrides here too much.

Bottle, many thanks to Bierkoning. Dark brown color with small beige head. Fruity aroma with caramel, chocolate, hazelnuts, earthy notes. Taste, roasted malt, red fruit, caramel, nuts, coffee. Coffee bitter finish. Not typical bock, but I liked it.

Slightly hazy reddish brown colour, diminishing beige head. Aroma of malts, persimmon, caramel, carambola (starfruit). Sweet malty flavour, peperkoek, light hoppy. Finish nuts, hazelnut, caramel, somewhat mineral, light fruity, carambola.
Nice, though the hazelnuts only really shine in the finish.

Bottle shared. Poured a cloudy brown with a thin tan head. The aroma was weak but floral. The flavour is grassy. Very grassy in fact. There is little bitterness and nothing on the palate. It's rather thin to be honest. Not one of their better beers.
