A Rye Pale Ale created with Beer Here, our friends from Bornholm, Denmark. Light amber color, nose is fruity and resinous given by New Zealand hops, a robust, mildly peppery taste given by rye malts.

Bottiglia. Arco olfattivo dominato dal luppolo e dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è molto elevata. La continuità gustativa è persistente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, luppolo, resina, pino, pompelmo, segale, scorza darancia, creme caramel, vaniglia, albicocca, tabacco e frutta tropicale.

Aroma of malts, rye, citrus fruits, light tropical fruit notes. Flavour is hoppy and malty, some sweetness, with a medium bitter aftertaste. Nice and quaffable.

50cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours medium hazy, amber, with very fine white foam. Aroma is citrus, hoppy, piney. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with just a little initial sweetness. Final is fairly short and clean.

Tap at CASC, Aberdeen June 2015 from historic tasting notes. Pours hazy orange golden with a white cap. Aroma: grains, rye, peach, grassy hints. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, biscuit, rye, peach, lemon & lime, cream. Medium bodied with fine carbonation

Bottle. Golden color. Lychee in the aroma. Oily hops, grapefruit and lychee in the flavor. Very ripe tropical fruit. Tasty!

330ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy bright orange. Biscuit, rosewater, pepper, orange peel, strong zestiness. Good body. Interesting.

330 ml bottle, from an archeological excavation in my beer cellar (originally from Vinmonopolet). BB date 28.02.14. ABV is 5.8%, IBU 50. Gusher bottle. Deep golden to orange colour, huge white head. Aroma of ripe and over-ripe berries (esp. cloudberries) and fruits. The flavour is fairly fresh and well hopped, fruity and moderately piney notes.
