Bottle online from The Hobsons Brewery. Pours an almost clear amber colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of caramel, nuts, toasty bread, biscuits and a sweet citrusy note. Taste has the same notes detected in the aroma with added apricots, tea, peppery spice and orange peel on the hoppy finish. Thin to medium body, low carbonation and smooth mouthfeel. Nice and different.

500ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - thanks a lot!]. Minimally milky, orangey, dark golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral and minimally citrusy, piney, hoppy as well as caramel and pale malty aroma, Taste is slightly bitter and minimally citrusy, slightly floral hoppy, initially only pale malty, later additionally slightly toasty malty with a nutty touch, hints of lemon, some peanut. Light, refreshing, minimally watery. Nice.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with a generous fluffy head. Nose - shortbread and lemon. Taste - dry biscuits, toffee, decent lemon zip on the finish. Everything quite well integrated. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - yeah, enjoyed this.
