The artesian spring water in the beer originates in the remote mountains of the Westfjords of Iceland. The water is naturally filtered and becomes completely purified by seeping through a 14 million year old volcanic lava pile. The location and unique geological settings of the aquifer creates a naturally low mineral content and high alkaline balance, making a purer and fresher taste.

Can @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice long bitter finish.

On tap at Dokkan, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some earthy, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and sharp, with piney hops upfront, with a little citrus, and biscuity malt. Bright and clean, with a piney, citrusy finish. Good stuff.

Keg at Kaldi Bar, Reykjavik. It pours clearish golden with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet orange, tangerine, perfumed, bready, doughy, toasty grain and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, grassy, pithy, zesty, peppery spice, bready, cereal and citrus peel with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate to high foamy white. Decent IPA of a old skool vibe.
