As simple as basketball rules of the game. Light as a two-step finished with a classic lay-up. Invigorating as a warm-up before the game, refreshing as a shower after. Clean as a nothing but net ‘three’. Transparent as the rules of advancing to play-offs. Bitter as losing the ball, only re-gain it moments later channeling that sport fury to raise your level during the next attack.
We could go on comparing our American Pils to the (probably) best team game in the world, but what’s the point if you could just drink it? We brewed in in a very classic style but we used the wonderful American hops, giving it its resin-fruity character.

Bottled@SBWF2018. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy wooden and herbal. Flavour is grassy, herbal, grainy and some earthy notes.

Srednia piana ale trwala, tworzy koronke, zlociste mglisto-metne o intensywnym aromacie cytrusow. w smaku delikatne, orzezwiajace niczym prysznic dobrze nachmielone z posmakiem cytryny i limonki. Goryczka pozostaje w gardle na jakis czas. Doskonale do weekendowej pieczonej kaczki

Barwa jasnozłota, niemal klarowne, piana biała, dość obfita, długo się trzyma. W aromacie cytrusy, zioła, czysty profil. W smaku wytrawne, cytrusowo-ziołowe, nutka słodu pilzneńskiego, czyste w odbiorze. Goryczka średniowysoka, wysycenie średniowysokie, odpowiednie, ciało lekkie, dobra pijalność. Wzorowy American Pils.

Świetny PILS, przede wszystkim nie przechmielony, jest Ameryka ale subtelnie, nie nachalnie, cały czas czuć czysty lagerowy charakter. W aromacie nafta, żywica, delikatne nuty lasu iglastego, świeże zboże. W smaku wytrawnie, cytrusowo, przyjemna krótka goryczka, do tego wysokie wysycenie które rekompensuje niskie ciało ( w końcu dziesiątka, co też jest dużym plusem - sesyjne, obiadowe piwo) , nie ma efektu wodnistości. Świetny balans. No i mistrzostwski wygląd.

On tap @4:20 in Rome. Golden pale clear pour, white foam with drafts on the glass. Nose: grainy a bit tropical and mostly mango pulp. Mouth: easy, clean and consistent, tropical juiciness, quite bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
