Tap at Winter Affair. Murky red body, off-white head. Brett-driven aroma, dry, some fruity notes. Sweeter taste - brett, cherries and oak, minerally, very well balanced, nailing that sweet & sour vibe. Very good stuff!

375 ml 2021 bottle. Cloudy light red no head. Lots of funk and brett, almost ripe sour cherries, lactic acid, some barrel notes, fermented hay, barn yard, lemon juice. Dry acidic sourness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry sour fruity finish. Nice complex fruity sour ale.

Had many iterations of this, this one now on tap at the ca' del brado brewpub. This one is slightly different from other versions with a slightly musky note. But the cherries and the acidity are particularly prominent and it's very smooth. Lovely as always in any case.

Fast gone transparant head, over pale terra cotta, clear beer. Sour cherry, other red (sourish) fruit, bit vinous, and also a faint, faraway smoked aroma. Sour (if not acidic, let alone acetic) cherry, again just the very light smoked flavour, cherrystones. Rather light body, less than expected from 7.8%, low carbonation. Its Achilles' heel consists of being a bit empty. But the aromas and flavours are spot-on. Txs to Stef!

Beer geek Madness. Intensive aroma of red fruits, lemon, red berries, cranberries. Taste of lemon, red fruits, black berries, some yoghurt hints. Tart and creamy at the same time. Very sour. Low carbonation. One of Best sour ever drunk!

Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer Webshop Hamburg and consumed at home Sunday 28th February 2021, we're cooking Stifado for tea and I am about to put some music on. We've been gardening today (and yesterday). Pours dirty washed out, murky orange/red, the head which was present for about 1 millionth of a second was pinkish. Tart, tangy and with an acetic and cherry 🍒 forward push, a little dry, some oakiness, refreshing but carbonation could be a little better.
