375ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, dark golden colour with small, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly bretty, funky, yeasty fruity aroma, sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty background, notes of grapes, berries, yellow stone fruit, quite vinous fruitiness overall, some honey, Hubba Bubba bubblegum. Taste is slightly biscuity, pale malty with subtle residual sweetness, yeasty fruity and mildly funky, bretty, yeasty as well as slightly citrusy fruity and minimally tannic, woody, oaky, vinous fruitiness again, additional notes of quince, old lemon peel, vanilla, toasted oak, some mild, fruit acidic tartness.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Complex, vinous fruitiness, fairly mild and balanced - good!

375ml bottle. Pours a hazy pale orange-yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, Brett, white wine, apricot, lemon, oak and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, white wine, apricot, peach, pear, lemon, orange, Brett, oak and floral hops in a dry, slightly tart finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty, nice complexity and easy to drink.

0.375l bottle. Almost totally clear golden body with a white head. Aroma of lemon zest, hay, lemon juice, bit of vinegar. Taste of hay, lemon zest, salt and lemon juice. Saltier and more sour than the average saison. Great one.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Hazy blond colour. The funky character is strong here, completed by some white wine, dry but not weak, with pleasant tannins in the finish.
Very good.
