What it smells and tastes like: The beer holds the title for most dry hopped beer at Bellwoods ever, and emerged as a perfectly balanced IIPA with BIG hop aroma. Blueberries and melon dominate the flavour and aroma profile, within a beautifully dry body.

Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.

Cloudy yellow. Bubbly head. This has a piney hop note, maybe a touch of weed. On the palate, alcohol up front, lots of pale malt, yeast, and the hops show through as a richly bitter, slightly piney. Good, solid DIPA.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of piney hops, some herbal notes, and a little chalky yeastiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of dank hops, some herbal notes, and yeast. Nicely balanced, with a nicely robust dankness. Very good.

Tasting at Ash's, can
Pale blond colour, cloudy. Moderately dank, lean body, citrus zest all over, with a bit of astringent.
Excellent.

A hazed golden DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of citrus pulp, resinous and piney hops, light mineral notes, light alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity citrusy biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. On tap at Cask Days 2018.

(500ml bottle from Hafis Rd during Witchstock '18) Pours opaque medium orange with an average white head and no lace. Aroma of dried mango, aromatic orange peels, cocktail bitters, wet grass, fresh pineapple, soft skunky weed, hint of malt. Flavour is nicely juicy with fresh and dried mango, pineapple, mandarin, aromatic citrus peels, fresh grass, moderate malt sweetness, hint of powdered sugar. Finish is dry with relatively light bitterness, Five Alive juice, touches of grass and weed, just a hint of hop spice. Medium body, slightly above average prickling to the carbonation, no hint of alcohol. Really nice modern juice that brings the OH character with just a little of the slightly rougher hops on the tongue that some Bellwoods beers have. Drinks super super easily, tasty!
