750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright pinkish orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright wild yeast, hibiscus, and light oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with hibiscus, light wild yeast, and a touch of oranges. A bit too bitter and lacking cohesion, also a bit farty. Okay.

Bottle - Earthy flowery notes. Cloudy orange with a decent white head. Light soured pale grains and some hibiscus notes. Muddled.

Pink colour, without much head. On the nose, there's a touch of hibiscus, a light hing note, some clean pale malts, with just a touch of funk. On the palate, seems wheaty and light, with a kiss of hibiscus. There's a dry, bretty sort of tartness, and a woody accent. Great complexity - a hibiscus saison with this much depth, balance and complexity? Wow.

750ml bottle at Erik's. Pours a nice peach rose-ish color with a white head. Aroma is a wet hibiscus wish some slight strange dirty notes. Taste is similar. It's ok.
