Another sweet fruitbeer based on witbier, since 2007, with 10% raspberry juice. Dirty pinkish, mousse-like head, deep pinkish red colour, misty. Aroma strong raspberry-like, wheat, orange peel, faint spices (coriander?). Taste equally dominated by raspberry, fortunately not too sugary, sourish accent, some wheat and orange peel, less cloying and sticky than I feared. Still nothing suitable for my personal taste.

750ml bottle from Tesco - Bright pink body, foamy white head, looks rather artificial to be honest. Nose is a sweet, floral raspberry, a bit of yeast at the back. Taste is light and sweet, almost sickly raspberry jam, with the fizziness letting it down and making it a bit mouth clacking. Okay for what it is, but 750ml in one serving? Hard going.

Pours between red and pink color, topped with a very small and quickly disappearing pink(ish) head. Sweet fruity aroma is very easy to pick up, although too artificial. The taste is sweet and fruity. Basically a "girly" beer.

Appearance: Pinkish color with a pink head. Some lacing.
Aroma: A bit artificial raspberry.
Palate: Medium body. Some acidic notes and a mild bitterness. A bit to sweet and average carbonation.
Taste: Sweet raspberry.
Overall impression: Could have been ok if it was a bit less sweet.
Personal stats: Bottle from Boni in Odijk, Netherlands

Opaque light pink with small greyish head. Massive smell of raspberry. Aroma of raspberry, artificial sweetener, some yeast, light orange, dough, spices and berries. Light bodied. Even for a commercial artificial fruit beer this is bottom of the barrel. Still drinkable though and on par with most lemonades.

--> untrinkbar. richtig widerlich-künstlich!
Test vom 14.10.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,0,9,3,12,2 - 4,40
