Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Shmupi. 3 years after BBD. Cloudy orange-red with a pinkish white head. Aroma of artificial candy-ish raspberry. Very sweet flavor with saccharine, artificial raspbery candy, and a cardboard note. Light-bodied and a bit sticky. Doesn’t feel very oxidized, but way too sweet.

0,3 l bottle, bought at Brolters, Bremen. Unclear bright orange in the glass, small head. As expected raspberries on the nose.Taste is fresh fruity, little bit wheat and citrus in the second row. Flat finish but still a refreshing one.

Bottle. Pours hazy redly orange, with a quickly receding creamy head. Aroma is loads of sweet raspberries, some white sugar and not really much else. Full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is sweet raspberries and lots of fruity notes, as well as some sweetly roasted malts. A really fruity and drinkable thirst quencher. But too sweet,and lacking a bit, or really a lot, more complexity.

Color rosado y bastante espumosa. Aroma neutro. Muy bebible y refrescante con un tono muy frutal, en un trago efervescente. Mejor que una lambic, aunque no deja de parecer un sorbete o refresco.
