0.33l bottle. Slightly hazy golden body, thin white head. Restrained aroma with notes of bread, grains, barn, cheese and lemon zest. Taste of bread, grains, lemon zest and some funkyness. The finish is dry and a bit bitter. No problem with that, it’s just not that intensive.

Mild hefiger und getreidiger Antrunk. Trockene Herbe zum Mittelteil, die Hefigkeit bleibt zurückhaltend. Kurzer Nachhall, der sich gegenüber dem Mittelteil nicht verändert. 7/7/8/7/7/7

BB 04/2017. orange hazy color, small white head. smells citric, acidic, lightly sour, some funk, some fruity notes, damp grass. nice smell. medium body, quite bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. nice citric notes, grass, light leathery, herbs, some fruity notes, light sweetness, a bit soapy. finishes citric, acidic, some fruity sweetness. quite nice one, great balance between sourness and light sweetness, also nice carbonation. quite refreshing, drinks great.

Bottle from Seoul Plaza. Aroma spicy, lightly minty, lightly oxidized. Clear golden colour. Taste is really sharply spicy, lots of earth, borders with sour/tart, really not very enjoyable to me. Lacks in drinkability.

From 33 cl bottle, full sample. Golden blonde color, mostly clear. Uneven white head. Aroma’s from the glass: sour fruits, caramel malt; retronasal: caramel, fruit (not necessarily sour fruit). Flavor: light fruity sour, light bitter. Light bodied, but not thin. Finish of herbal hops, some caramel, rather dry and bitter. Good!
