Can from the LCBO. Hazy dark amber with a one finger frothy khaki coloured head that fades slowly and leaves sparse lace.Nose is light roast and caramel with citrus and pine along with light grass. Light sweet caramel under a moderate pine bitterness. Medium slick mouth with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. Called a West Coast Red Ale on the can which is a more accurate description. 7+/3+/7/3+/15

This red ale poured a beautiful red amber colour with a huge, off white, creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include juniper, basement aromas and grass. Very hoppy to the nose. First swig had a medium/light mouthfeel with flavours of grassy hops most prominent. Finish is quite hoppy but not over the top with bitterness. Good work! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
