Bottle thanks to Aaron. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is apricot flesh, lemon zest, oak, grape skin. Slick body, similar flavors to nose, light tartness, very good.

Cloudy pale blond colour. Nice sour with apricot character, a bit of funky yeast in the finish.

Bottle - Bit of dirty peach. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Soured apricot and a decent tart dry finish.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a fair amount of apricots, woody barrel notes, and plenty of pith. Flavour is along the same lines, with wood, plenty of pith, oak barrels, and acidic, tart apricots. Woody, pithy, and plenty of fruit. A bit too acidic, but quite nice overall.

500ml bottle at Erik's. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is barrel with lots of stone fruit notes. Taste is similar, highly acidic, though. Too aggressive IMO.
