Space Force

Good solid foam and soft semi-foggy tan body. Lots of apricot on the nose, modest piney hops, vague grain. Flavour is strong hops but not excessive, good maltiness. Alcohol is invisible which is amazing for ten percent. Not bad, a little simplistic for what you get and be careful because it is strong and not noticeable.

Cloud tan. Ok colour. No head. On the nose, it's hop tones are muted, the malts ok. Touch of alcohol as well. On the palate, moderate hop bitterness, some pineapple-type notes, and alcohol in the finish. Touch of yeastiness. All told, not bad. TIPA is really my type of beer.

Can at Erik's
Cloudy blond colour. Citrusy fruit aroma, moderately sweet without being cloying, mild malt base. A good one, as far as Triple IPAs can go.

Can - Bitter citrus peel. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweeter and grassy peel notes. I know balance is hard with this style, but still.

Can at Erik's. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruits and some slight booziness. Taste is boozy with some fruity bitterness. It's ok for a triple IPA.

473mL can, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney and resinous hops upfront, with light candied sugar, and biscuity malt. Flavour is very sweet, with candied sugar, chewy caramel malt, and some resinous hops. Too malty and sweet, and lacking in hop character. Too malty and sweet. These IIIPAs are hard to do, and this doesn't quite strike the right chords.
