An arabier is a pure malt beer 8°vol/alc brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beer lovers all over the world. It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness is declining with the time. Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10°C. Cheers!

Bottled. Opened with a bang, a really cloudy gold with lots of head. Fruity, very nice tasting tripel.

Old rating from 2017 - 330ml bottle from the brewery, pours dark amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of marmalade, candy sugar, vanilla, earth, herbs & hops. Medium body. Crisp & warm finish

loads of fruit in the aroma. Citrus, figs, apples, pears, even some pineapple. Flavor was sweet, but a touch sour, with some nice fruity esters in the finish. More ripe fruit, such as apples, and pears come through, and they mix well with the bready maltiness. Great beer.

Almost clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma of malts, citrus fruits, yeast, spices such as pepper and koriander, hops. Flavour is similar, some fruity sweetness. Nice bitter finish.

Весьма добротный Бельгийский Эль. Очень сильно пенится. Вкус очень хмелевой с цитрусовыми оттенками. На послевкусие имеется легкая горчинка. Советую попробовать всем любителям Бельгии. Кстати цена этого пиваса слегка кусается.

May 2010: 330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, and HaandBryggeriet who imports it to Norway. Deep golden colour, big to moderate head. Distinct hoppy aroma with floral notes. ABV is 8%. Alcohol is well hidden. The flavour has the characteristic sharp bitterness of Nugget hops from start to finish. After a few beers of the "well rounded" and "fruity and acidic" kind, this was just what I needed. More "American" than Belgian, perhaps.
