Created in 2011, this dark beer is characterized by a dry and bitter taste. The use of roasted malts lends a well-pronounced taste of coffee and chocolate. The hop flavours remain perceptible though.
Top fermentation beer with a refermentation in the bottle.

Nearly completely opaque black with porous tan head. Coffee, cola, coffee on the nose. Quite dry taste. Dark malts, liquorice, high carbonation. Bitter coffee aftertaste. I brewed one close to this once and was disappointed... Not very pleasant.

Draught from Ginger man. Poured dark, roasted malts, a bit of cofee. OK but nothing amazing.

Roasty, nutty aroma. Light licorice and anise. Solid mouth feel, soft carb. Medium bitter finish, great toasted, roasted malt aftertaste. Nice stout.

Bottle at Les Berthom, Troyes. Aroma of dark malt, lots of cacao powder, hint of roast, some lactic notes, hint of coffee. Flavour is only slightly sweet with an above moderate coffee bitter finish. Rather dry but also a bit creamy. Body is light to medium. Light cacao Stout, drinkable but unimpressive.

Bastante rica

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with moderate head. Aromas of roasted malts and cola. Flavors of are pretty much the same sugary cola and bitterish acrid roasted malts; plus some ash. On the positive side, easy to drink.

Poured from 33cl bottle (L24011A; 02/2026). Very dark brown with full beige head. Super ashy, a bit thin, some dark fruits, somewhat harsh. Above average.
