On tap at Rootz bar Den Haag. Clear gold colour lasting white head. It’s a blond ale in the Belgian Dutch German crossover of ale and lager drinkability. Some fruit not much pale malt then some grassy near noble hop finish. Fine. Love the bar. Cool place.

Tap at Rootz harbor. Clear golden with small white head. Spices, light malts, some honey. Quite dry and very spicy with a hint of sweetness and herbal bitter finish. Ok

Tap at Rootz, Den Haag. Poured a clear light amber with a thin white head. The aroma is yeasty. The flavour is medium bitter with a yeast, malt, hoppy bitter palate. Smooth and refreshing. Ideal for a session and not bad at all.

Hazy blond color with compact head. Mild aroma of malt and cereals. Lean body, moderate malt flavor with a light cereals touch and correct bitterness.
No complicated, but clean and well brewed.

Tap @ Burg bieren, medium sample, thanks Ruud! Clear yellow to golden color, medium creamy white head. Aroma of soft spicy belgian yeast, earthy, spicy, grassy. Perfect match between the hops and the belgian yeast, wonderfully balanced. Soft bitter taste, not sweet, not too dry. Quite creamy mouthfeel. Great belgian blond beer.

Draught @ Rootz, The Hague. Clear orange color, medium to full sized dense, a bit creamy, good lacing white head. Don’t get a lot of arona but the beer is served really cold so that might be it. Taste malts, a bit yeasty, a touch of herbs or spices and some bitterness in the end. A bit fizzy carbonation but it suits the beer imo, medium body. Pretty nice.

Pours clear golden orange with a white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, grain, light citrus and fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Rerate 31/05/2016: the recipe is getting toned down in terms of hops and it’s pretty uninteresting compared to its more hoppy previous incarnation.
