On tap at the brewery. Clear orange, small white head. Funky, citrus, light stone fruit, wood, nice sourness. Drinks nicely for the ABV.

Semi-hazy golden and peach coloured body with a thick, three to four centimetre tall off-white head that takes a long time to fade, but looks very nice on top. Aroma of beautiful oak and wood foeders with a lot of complexity from the yeast, spontaneous fermentation and especially the floral notes. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong floral, oaky, cedar-y and perfumey qualities show nicely here with a ton of the complex yeasts and even some fruity notes like apricots, plums and pears with a dash of spice towards the end, but the funky bretty and spontaneously fermented yeasts make this very nice and complex. Aftertaste is very rich with flavours that seemingly don't stop that show a bunch of flowers, grass, oak, cedar and very yeastie dry yeast complexities with a slight sour bite and a good subdued sweetness that shows fructose more than anything else. Overall, a very nice beer that shows well throughout that brings out the dry and herbal notes with a cedar and oaky finish, but the yeast and funkiness shines throughout that leaves a ton of complexity, but still very balanced and enjoyable - nice and definitely worth trying to find if you can grab it, even if that means up here in Alaska! I sampled this caged and corked 37,5 cL bottle, purchased from Brown Jug in Fairbanks, Alaska on 24-June-2021 for US$9,99 sampled in my hotel room here in Seward, Alaska on the day before my birthday - 29-June-2021.

375 c&c from Hi-Time. Pours dark, translucent gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma seems a mix of Brett and oak wood. Med body or so. Flavor is Brett, sour pale stone fruit and mildly musty oak. Just a bit astringent. Really drys out my mouth. Pretty good flavor! Pleasantly funky.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull orange with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lots of oak barrels, followed by wild yeast, and rustic farmhouse notes. Flavour is quite complex, with rustic saison yeast, wild notes, and oak. Wild and oaky. Deep. Excellent.

Bottle - Fruity, Funky, stone fruit. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soured stone fruit, light cheese and a long finish. Decent.

Hazy, pale. Thin head. On the nose, this is fairly bretty with a gooseberry, wood and baked apples on the nose. On the palate, it's fairly sweet, like brett c notes, with a little bit of wood in the finish. The alcohol starts to get prominent in the finish.
