Can from the lcbo. Yellow pour, small white head. Aroma is musty grains, and musty fruit. Mouth feel and carb are both thin. Finish has a weird apple, grain, musty flavour. Jesus, this is bad.

Not a bad beer, nothing off. Decent body, could use more belgian influence. Collab variety pack

Can: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light sweet malt notes with light herbal notes is OK. Taste is a mix of light sweet malt notes with some light herbal notes also apparent with a thin finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Lack complexity and flavours.

Sunflower seeds in a beer... interesting. As well as Spelt. Pours an unfiltered golden colour with very tiny particles. The head disappears quickly leaving no lacing. Nice citrus nose of Saison with the orange notes and sweeter yeast, with the hints of ancient grains. The taste has less of these, but the orange notes are as present. Yeast lingers. Another good collaboration and interesting Saison.

Can from the LCBO. Pat of the Across the Nation collaboration pack (2018, East). Slightly hazy pale gold under a tiny quick fading white head. Nose is light grain, yeast, pepper, honey and light grass. Flavour is along the same lines with light sweet honey and a medium- grassy bitterness with a touch of spice in the finish. Mouth is thin with soft carbonation and a dry finish. As Sloan would say - Underwhelmed. 6+/3-/6/3-/11

Just a little bleach white head and bright yellow body with sediment floating around. Has a funky lager cardboard aroma, wet hay and starched underwear. Flavour is nice grain accents and sweetness. Sugary on the mouth. Not bad, just okay, but not very exciting.

Mooch tasting, can
Hazy blond colour. Swamp water in the nose, a bit floral; seen this already in many other American Saisons. Soapy and a bit spicy, plastic flavour, with low bitterness.
This doesn't work for me.

Can - Odd smelly grains. Clear light gold with a small white head. Sweet and light with some sweaty notes.

341mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of toasted grains, saison yeast, and some earthy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted grains, some saison yeast, and cereal malts. Clean and drinkable, but nothing special.

Hazy, yellowish. Not much head. Some of a crackery, cheesy sort of aroma. This is light, maybe with a bit of grain, finishes weak.
