From a can at the RB DC gathering on January 7, 2018.it is an effervescent pale rose with a scant white head. The aroma is Floral and the taste is spicy apples, hibiscus and salt.

From a bottle at the RB DC gathering on January 7, 2018. Pours a hazy pale rose with a scant white head. Floral aromas. Flavors are apples, hibiscus and salt. Smooth and delicioius.

12 oz can poured into a tulip. Hazy pinkish red with some sparse off-pink bubbles. Aromas of hibiscus, spice, cherries and berries. Tastes of cherries, tart berries, a little vanilla, light spice. Light body with a dry finish. Delicious.

12oz can, bought from Dominion Wine and Beer. Poured a clear, dark ruby pink color with a small off-white head. Aroma was very floral, some salt, cider notes. Interesting tartness. Tasty fruit. Really nice.

Can from Wine Warehouse. Pours pink, no head, but carbonation up the class. Aroma is hibiscus, apple, light barnyard. Flavor is barnyard, hibiscus, tart apple, salt. Juicy and tart. Very nice!

Pours a very nice magenta from a can, aroma is a floral sweet apple. Flavor is tart, apple, but with bigger fruit notes. Vaguely reminiscent of a cranberry-apple pie. There's also a pleasant floral quality from the lavender, hibiscus and rose, all of which are noticeable but not overwhelming. Pretty good cider.

[2/7/17] Draught at Fools Gold in New York City. Nice deep red. Apples, hibiscus, spiciness, tart, somewhat funky, juicy, a bit of salt. Nice.

Draft at Cooper's, Chelsea. Clear dark pinkish color with no head or lace. Tart and funky. Lavender and spice. A bit of grapefruit rind. Apple skins. Smooth, with a tart close. Nice stuff.

Super bright reddish pink pour. Nose is lovely hibiscus and fruity. Tees of hibiscus, some berry, tart green Apple, salty and Gose like. Goes down lovely. Pretty darn good
