Tall can from Legcy at Farees'. Canned on 2018-06-07. Pours a deep cloudy purple with a weak rose head. Aroma is lots of raspberry jam, very juicy. Taste is a bit sweet, but more on the sour side, tart and a bit dry. Moderate to high acidic. Surprisingly nice stuff from Parkside. Good.

Draught, Alibi. Pink-red, thin head. A lot of fruit, nice, fairly tart, not bad...a fairly intense fruit beer, not so much gose character.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours an opaque dark pinkish purple with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of tart raspberries, with some citrus and lacto. Flavour is really fruity and juicy, with tons of fresh raspberries, moderate pith, light lacto and a touch of salt. So much raspberry. Really good.

Draught at the brewery, as Birthday Beer
Dark ruby colour. Strong raspberry aroma, also acetic acid. Harsh, sour raspberry flavour with high acetic notes again.
Not well tuned

Can - Intense raspberry jam. Deep red with a nice pink head. Absurd amounts of raspberry with some nice saline notes in the background. Intensely fruity and quite nice.
