A naturally brilliant blend of malt and hop characters. Solid gold colour, remarkably aromatic. smooth body with hints of fresh citrus. Dry delicate hop flower finish. A drink that is both distinctive and long on refreshment.

Seemingly now a GK beer, brewed at Bellhaven, it's not the worst, not the best. Golden amber with a frothy white head and a soft malt and hop aroma. Some sweet malt, some hops, some bitterness.

At 3.8% not really an IPA as stated on the pump clip but nevertheless a decent pint. Draught in the Olde Cock, Didsbury.

Cask at Worlds End - Edinburgh 1/12/23. Creamy off white head stayed on a still amber coloured body. Malt, floral, light hops & caramel tastes with a sweet fruity finish. Nicely balanced EIPA

Cask, full pint at Sir Sidney Smith, Dock Street. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with pears, biscuits, pale malts, earthy hoppy notes. Taste is light bitter. Drying fruity finish. Ok, fine balance.

Historical tick which I am adding as a rate so that I can see the impact it has on my stats. 500 Beers To Try Before You Die. Had at some central London pub, probably a Nicholson's.
